-Help execute daily stagings. Tasks include; making beds, hanging artwork, unpacking bins, styling throughout, minimal moving of bins and accessories out of the design van (there are movers on site to execute most of the moving), some light cleaning of any run or upholstery stains, cleaning mirrors etc.
-Inventory; Moving items into and out of jobs, adding new inventory as its being sourced.
-Destaging- packing up a job that is ready to be removed. Designers are responsible for packing up all bedding, accessories, pillows.
-Warehouse Management- Putting accessories back onto the shelves in the warehouse when they come back from a de-staging. Keeping the accessories side of the warehouse organized, labeling bedding and lamp shades. Light maintenance sweeping and vacuuming of only the accessories portion of the warehouse.

-Sourcing- Finding pieces for upcoming projects.
-Staging Planning- Designing upcoming projects and picking furnishings that work best in a space.
-Meetings/Site Visits- You and one-two other designers will walk all staging projects, get photos and take extensive notes and measurements to fulfill the needs of the project.
