We are looking for a Lead Home Stager / Property Stylist with a back ground in Interior Design to join our team part time, average 3 shifts per week of 5-6 hours each. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent verbal and written communication skills to work independently with homeowners and Real Estate Agents. Must work collaboratively with a varied team and will be responsible for understanding and executing design trends in home staging to ensure the highest quality of work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about interior design, is an incredibly hard worker and wants to develop their skills in this industry.
Responsibilities
– Tour properties and create staging design plans in collaboration with design team
– Meet with homeowners and Realtor to determine needs
– Prep for Stagings in a warehouse enviroment
– Utilize various technology solutions for record keepking and inventory management
– Quickly execute stagings at various locations throughout San diego County
– Maintain a clean and organized work enviroment
