SET Staging + Design is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Designer to join our growing team! Starting part-time with the opportunity for full time, the Lead Designer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the design and staging process. This is a key role that requires leadership skills, creativity, and technical expertise.

Our team has years of experience bringing out the best in every space and creating a visual story that appeals to potential buyers.We provide an initial assessment, pre-sale improvement recommendations (color, lighting, fit + finish), and design-driven staging.
**Responsibilities:**
– See projects through from start to finish: Client consultations, design, installation, and strike.
– Ensure that houses are attractive and ready to sell by properly staging furniture, artwork, and other design elements.
– Installation and project management. Collaborating with clients and movers.
– Warehouse and inventory management with the help of moving team.
– Design trend forecasting and sourcing new inventory. Ensuring our inventory stays high quality, impactful, relevant to various home styles, and evergreen.
**Qualifications:**
– At least 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer, Home Stager or related field.
– Demonstrated knowledge of spatial planning, color theory, and design concepts. Excellent understanding of furniture and design styles, art selection/placement, and home accessories.
– Experience with project management is highly preferred.
– Strong organization and interpersonal skills.
– Loves and appreciates culture and collaboration.
– Ability to lift at least 40lbs.
– Own and operate their own vehicle.
**Compensation:**
– $35-42/hour based on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $49,999.36 – $60,214.29 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

– Oakland, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
