MOVING AND HOME STAGING CREW

**Key Responsibilities**
**General:**
– Act professionally as a Home Co. representative with all clients, co-workers and other vendors
– Ability to meet deadlines and perform assigned work with minimal reminders
– Act as a team player with a solutions-based attitude
– Always keep the safety your teammates and yourself a priority
– These physical activities are essential to the job: Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, bending, and reaching
**Home Staging Projects:**
– Handle our staging inventory with a high level of care
– Securely load and unload moving truck
– Carefully pack and remove home decor and furnishings from project sites and return to our warehouse
– Ensure staging inventory is properly unloaded and stored at warehouse after removals
– Deliver staging inventory from warehouse to stagers on site and assemble furnishings, if required
– Assist staging designers with light cleaning, hanging artwork, or other tasks as requested
**Warehouse and Truck:**
– Receive and unpack new inventory deliveries
– Assemble furniture as needed (basic building/carpentry)
– Keep warehouse clean and organized
– Clean carpets, upholstery, and make minor repairs to staging inventory
– Help maintain truck cleanliness and fuel
– Bring in truck for routine maintenance as needed
– Drive moving truck (24’ box truck), if/when needed
**Skills and Abilities Required**
– PUNCTUALITY AND RELIABILITY ARE IMPERATIVE. Do not apply if you have any personal or professional situation that will cause you to regularly miss work or to be late. We work on strict deadlines and if you miss work the rest of the team that will have to work late to meet the deadline
– Flexible and positive attitude – no task too big or small
– Ability to work cooperatively with a team of diverse individuals
– Strong time management and organization skills
– Support the team in maintaining firm deadlines, which can mean working late
– Able to function at a high level in a fast-paced, always changing environment
– Outstanding ability to follow-through with tasks
– Ability to lift 80-100 lbs
– Able to effectively communicate in English
**Education and Experience**
– Previous moving experience preferred but not required
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
