_Experienced Property Stylist / Home Stager – Previous professional staging experience is REQUIRED_
We are a thriving Denver staging company looking to hire a part-time design coordinator.
Experience in real estate, staging, visual merchandising or design is a plus. Creativity, an aesthetic eye and elevated taste are required.
Job requirements include but aren’t limited to…
-Performing 1-2 installs per week
-Warehouse organization and overseeing dedicated projects. This requires being able to lift up to 30lbs on a regular basis.
-Curating design schemes and pulling appropriate inventory based on the style and needs of the house as well as the scope of the project.
-Overseeing our dedicated moving team in installation. Must be comfortable guiding the moving team and addressing corrections that need to be made.
-Keeping the warehouse neat and orderly. This requires returning items to their designated space within the warehouse upon removal of an installation.
-Occasional consulting with homeowners on occupied homes.
This position requires an organized individual with a natural or experienced disposition for space planning, balance and design flow.
Experience in social media, sales/marketing, and general small business is a huge plus. Digital marketing is a strong need as we are a lean yet, effective small business.
Daily travel is required throughout the metro area. You must have a mid-size, reliable vehicle. Our office/warehouse location is in North Washington (near I-76 and I-25 cross roads)
Our primary operating hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm (occasionally installs run later into the evening than expected).
