Must have experience as a stager/designer and be creative/innovative, detail oriented, a working team leader and team player, professional, be able to take initiative and follow through with projects. This position is for home staging of vacant homes and this person could be meeting with clients/agents and needs to have good interpersonal skills, collaborate with me and their team on the style and overall look of the home to be staged. They will be part responsible for selection of the furnishings and accessories for their assigned jobs. This person will be handling the projects alone most times but will have an assistant available for larger jobs. You will have flexibility in schedule based on our needs each week.
Applicant must be able to lift 30 lbs and able to withstand working on their feet for long periods of time. This position can be physically challenging.
You will be traveling to Brevard county to make furniture selections but jobs will primarily be located in Indian River County in personal vehicle
Work hours will vary from week to week (start and end times as well as how many hours each week).
They must be willing to become Home Staging Certified if they don’t have Interior degree/ training.
