Experienced Home Stager

Templeton Real Estate Group is currently looking to hire an **experienced home stager** to coordinate various aspects of staging vacant and occupied listings. We have been staging client homes since 2006 and were top 10 in the nation for best Occupied Homes ; your duties: effective Communication with agents, Directing movers, Hiring team members, keeping our warehouse organized, overseeing the digital pulling & packing inventory system, complete staging installs and removals. Calling vendors and contractors, setting schedules, finding and ordering new inventory.
A Home Staging Professional with TREG is a go getter, a multiple hat wearer who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work with a natural eye for design! They will take pride in creating beautiful spaces that homebuyers will love! Our new STAGING professional, will be open to learning and growing and most importantly be a team player with a great attitude! We are a growth oriented company and team, and strive to be the best in our industry in both staging and real estate.
**OUR CURRENT NEED is for 5 DAYS a week Monday through Friday part time to full time depending**
**What You Will Be Doing Here:**
\- Visit new listings on initial Staging Consultation Appointments and complete detailed staging consultation reports.
\- Overseeing staging plans for vacant and occupied listings
\- Coordinate all 3rd party vendors including but not limited to professional movers, house cleaners, window cleaners, and contractors.
\- Provide 5 STAR client care; promptly answering phone calls and emails to set appointments and provide timeline updates
\- Pull accessories, artwork, lamps, pillows, bedding and greenery in preparation for a home stage
\- Properly pack inventory to avoid damage and/or breakage
\- Oversee Loading and unloading accessory bins from vehicles
\- Style or oversee the styling of jobs, including but not limited to furniture placement and maintenance, accessorizing, hanging artwork, steaming bedding, assembling new inventory
\- Make sure properties are left clean and locked up when complete
\- Restock inventory when they arrive back in the warehouse
\- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse at all times
\- Oversee or/Catalog new inventory into database
\- Identify new pieces for purchase
\- maintain company staging van ( i.e keep it clean)

– ABILITY TO MANAGE PEOPLE AND PROJECTS at a high level
– Dedicated to excellence and 5 star client care
– Able to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis
– Highly organized
– Detail focused
– Job requires a lot of bending and lifting and can be very physical
– Professional appearance
– Positive, “can do” attitude
– Enjoys working as a team and individually
– Staging Experience is required for this position
– Valid drivers license and able to drive a VAN
Responsibilities:
– Manage the entire staging process from start to finish
– Collaborate with real estate agents to understand their goals and requirements
– Develop staging plans for each property, including furniture, accessories, and decor
– Manage and maintain inventory of staging materials and furnishings
– Hire and manage a team of staging professionals to execute staging plans
– Ensure that all staging is completed on time and within budget
– Coordinate with photographers to capture high-quality photos of staged properties
Requirements:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in home staging or interior design
– Strong project management skills
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Passion for real estate and home design
– Familiarity with the latest trends in home design and decor
