REALESTAGED is a high-volume home staging & styling company located in Baltimore, MD serving the entire Maryland and DC market. Our ever growing staging company is looking to add an experienced part-time residential home mover (Install Agent) in the Baltimore area.
Our ideal team member must have the ability to work fast and smart under pressure, be efficient and careful and must have the ability to constantly pack, lift and move. This individual must be a quick learner and take initiative. Sometimes things don’t turn out how they intended at concept, this is your opportunity to show your ability to adapt quickly.
We are looking to fill the following position :
**>> Home Staging Install Agent**
Job Responsibilities:
**>>Pack and Prepare Items**: From destination properties to warehouse, agent helps prepare and pack items to prevent damage to inventory during transit. At the property destinations, the Install Agent is tasked with (but not limited to) taking apart furniture by hand or with power tools, wrapping fragile items in bubble wrap or foam to pack in boxes, using bungees, moving blankets and other supplies as necessary on larger items to ensure no scratches, dings or paint transfers are happening to the inventory. Packing must be tight and efficient to create extra room for bigger jobs and so that nothing is loose.
**>>Load and Unload Items**: Agent will use hands or equipment (dollies or carts) to load items from the properties to the moving van. They are to arrange the items in the van to fit the load and prevent objects from falling or getting damaged. At the destination, the agent will take the items off the van and place them in the location the staging/design collaborator requests. When items come back to the warehouse, they must go back into the appropriate areas to be stored until the next job. Nothing is to be left on the van or near the entrance of the warehouse.
**>>Perform Cleaning and Maintenance Tasks**: Before leaving the loading site, agent is obligated to clean up any supplies or garbage left behind during the un/packing process. Ensure gas and toll receipts are consolidated in correct manner and area. They also keep their moving trucks clean and may help perform general vehicle maintenance.
**>>Warehouse & Misc**: Regular organization and tidying of warehouse facility and vehicles. Occasional furniture assembly and repair.
Position Details:
\>>Move team member needed April 1 2023- Mid/late September 2023
\>>Warehouse located in Dundalk MD
\>>25-40 hours per week depending on weekly jobs
\>>M-F 7AM-3PM (day length varies but will usually end between 12PM-4PM)
