Triple Crown Designs is on a search for a Stylist. They need someone who is innovative and detail-focused to become an integral component of their staging team.
As the chosen Stylist, this individual will play a critical part in the creation of attractive spaces that highlight properties in desirable ways. A synchronized working relationship with the design team is essential in order to bring to life staging plans, making sure that each project exemplifies the aesthetics and quality standards held by Triple Crown Designs.
The responsibilities of this role involve working hand-in-hand with the design team on staging plans for various properties, both residential and commercial. This person will be responsible for selecting and setting up furniture, decor, and accessory items to maximize the attractiveness of each room.
Assisting with the organization and deconstruction of staging installations is also an integral part of the job. So is maintaining an inventory of staging items and safeguarding their condition. The Stylist would need to communicate effectively with clients and other team members to meet the set staging deadlines and keep up-to-date with modern design trends in order to apply them to their projects.
Experience as a stylist or in a related role in interior design or staging is an essential criteria for applicants. A sharp aesthetic sense and meticulous attention to detail are required, as well as an ability to work both independently and in a team. Excellent communication skills, the physical capability to move furniture and decor items, and a background in social media/marketing are highly desirable.
In terms of compensation, a pay rate of $25 per hour is being offered. Performance and company goal-related quarterly bonuses are also available. Candidates will need a minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design and a valid driver’s license. The ability to commute and relocate to Baltimore, MD 21230 is needed. The work will be in-person.
