Lead Home Staging Designer
Experience in Home staging or designing is a requirement.

We are looking for a dedicated member to add to our team that is responsible for leading our teams home staging services from concept to installation. We are seeking a creative, reliable, highly motivated, organized, multi-taking self-starter able to take initiative.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule, plan, and execute installs with existing inventory from the warehouse
Work within strict deadlines to ensure properties are Photo Ready by set date and time.
Must possess a good eye for various designs and attention to details, and be able to visualize the final look.
Ability to walk through and take necessary measurements of homes to be staged while also planning layouts and final looks.
Working your own project in sync with other stagers/stylists on our team, encouraging each other along the way.
Communicate clearly with the install team to ensure efficiency and client expectations are continually exceeded.
Maintain Stageforce inventory system for inventory control and planning.
Give design debriefs for each job, identifying any issues with installs/inventory and needs for move outs
Maintaining an overall collaborative attitude with company project managers and staging director in order to achieve superior results that establish our brand as the premiere staging company in the Seattle/Bellevue area

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design highly preferred or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 years experience in real estate, staging, or design
Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor and appearance
Able to work in multiple locations with reliable transportation.
Organizational and time management skills are a must along with ability to multi-task and self-direct
Excellent communications skills and the ability to work with different types of personnel.
Have basic computer skills
