They are seeking talented and experienced professionals with a passion for modern and eclectic design to join an established home staging company. They have open positions for a Lead Designer and a Design Assistant. These roles are part-time and per-job basis.

They are interested in candidates that flourish in team settings and have a history of creating captivating spaces for potential buyers. Their Lead Designer will be in charge of staging projects, bringing their creativity and expertise to each home. The Lead Designer and Design Assistant will team up to transform properties to attract a wide spectrum of buyers.

Candidates for these roles should not only have skills in design but should also be dependable, honest, have great communication skills, and work well with others. Proven experience in home staging for real estate is mandatory for the roles. The candidate’s style should be in line with a modern or eclectic design aesthetic. They should be creative, strong and trustworthy.

Responsibilities include a full set up and take down of staging. Teamwork is vital as both roles will be closely collaborating with each other. A portfolio of previous work and references will be requested from candidates. Candidates must be minimum 21 years old with reliable means of transportation and be willing to work anywhere between San Jose and Monterey areas.
