They are on the hunt for a Sales Dynamo with a background in Home Design to join their workforce as a Home Stylist. The Home Stylist position entails spreading the word about the benefits of staging to realtors and homeowners, and staging homes across Los Angeles. The role requires self-management of schedule and client relationships, with the primary aim of closing sales and achieving revenue goals.
Job duties include conducting face-to-face and online consultations with clients to evaluate their staging requirements. The candidate would formulate staging proposals and cost estimates for clients, negotiate pricing and conditions, and work alongside the warehouse team to select and set up staging furniture and decor. They would supervise the staging process from beginning to end, ensuring all deadlines are fulfilled, attend weekly sales meetings and monthly networking events, and meet or surpass monthly sales objectives.
