The role involves leading the design and execution of home staging projects from inception to completion. The lead stager will take charge of the design process for the home staging projects, conducting in-person assessments of properties to evaluate design needs, take measurements of spaces, and plan the layout and staging/design strategies. The responsibility also involves selecting furniture, artwork, and accessories from the company’s inventory, and overseeing the installation to ensure that all design elements perfectly align with the design vision. In addition, managing timelines for project delivery and keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends are also responsibilities the job entails.

The job schedule is from Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work for staging installations. The pay ranges between $30 – $35 per hour, depending on the experience the candidate has to offer.
