This firm specializes in interior design services for luxury homeowners, their award-winning staging and interior marketing services are known for their ability to sell high-end properties and developments faster and at increased value. The company is offering a chance to gain hands-on experience in the home staging and interior design industry. The successful candidate will closely work with designers, assist with staging installations and contribute significantly to the aesthetic appeal of projects.
The role requires assistance with staging and de-staging homes which includes arranging furniture and decor. The successful candidate is expected to help organize and maintain an inventory of furniture, accessories, and props in the warehouse. They will participate in client consultations and on-site visits. Duties also include packing, unpacking, and moving furniture and decor items and maintaining cleanliness in staging areas and vehicles. If possible, they will help create social media content by capturing before-and-after staging photos. There will also be further administrative and hands-on duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for interior design, home staging, or real estate. Being currently enrolled in or having recently completed a program in interior design, staging, or a related field is preferred but not necessary. The ability to lift and move furniture and decor items is required. They should also have strong attention to detail, design, and aesthetic sensibilities. They should have their own reliable transportation to job sites. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential. The candidate should be self-motivated and demonstrate the willingness to learn and take the initiative.
