Studio Walsh Interiors is in the search of an experienced professional who could take up the role of home staging design manager. They are seeking an individual who embodies a love for interior design and staging and demonstrates the ability to operate both individually and in a collaborative environment. They would be directing a team of designers and movers. The role calls for a proficient communicator who could coordinate tasks effectively. The job requires a commitment throughout week from Monday to Friday in a warehouse located in Lynnwood WA.

The role offers full-time employment, providing over 40 hours of work in a week. The potential candidate should have a background in design or staging. The individual would be responsible for overseeing and managing designers and moving crew. It would be advantageous if they are acquainted with the Stageforce App and are experienced in furniture selection for jobs. Interaction with agents or homeowners before the staging process is a vital part of the job. In addition to designing, they should be open to helping in staging and removing stages from homes when necessary.

The job purview also includes the scheduling of stage jobs and removals. A major part of the job involves driving to various locations around the city and the candidate is required to have a personal vehicle for this purpose. They would also have to occasionally shop for design items. Mileage will be reimbursed.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of staging experience. Their ability to adapt easily to changes in the schedule is key for this role. They should be comfortable multitasking and must possess good communication skills.

The salary for this role ranges from $27.00 to $30.00 per hour. The candidate preferably should have a year’s experience in interior design and must live in the Seattle area. The work will be conducted in person.
