They are currently in need of a Personal Assistant who is highly organized and proactive. The hired individual will be providing comprehensive support to a business owner who manages several businesses in the real estate industry, one of which is a home staging business. The organization’s ideal candidate should have robust clerical skills and pay keen attention to detail to ensure all administrative tasks are executed efficiently. The role is crucial in facilitating smooth operations and increasing productivity within the organization.

The personal assistant will have several responsibilities. These will include managing projects, appointments, and meetings for the owner. They will also be required to perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records. They should possess excellent communication skills, managing phone etiquette and customer service. Helping in office management duties like inventory management is also part of the task.

The personal assistant will generate estimates and quotes for customers, manage projects and their timelines and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while executing a variety of tasks. The job will also require onsite work and communication with vendors.

The desired skills for this role include proficiency in clerical tasks with a strong focus on detail. The candidate should be computer literate, experienced in office software applications, and have excellent data entry skills. A good understanding of phone systems and exceptional phone etiquette is required. They should have demonstrated skills in customer service, with a friendly demeanor. Understandings of office management practices and procedures, and the ability to provide administrative support effectively are also desired. They should also be highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and have experience in design or home staging, which is considered as an advantage.
