First Home Staging is a well-established home staging company that has been operating in Orange County since 2016. They are in search of an experienced home stager to join their team. The chosen candidate will have the responsibility of leading home staging operations with the support of a team. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong work ethic, have the ability to work efficiently as part of a team, and harbor a passion for design. Hours and work schedule will vary with the majority of work likely occurring between Monday and Friday.

Core responsibilities of the role include walking through homes to execute a staging plan and meeting at job sites or warehouses to oversee movers. Other required tasks include packing and unpacking home accessories, de-staging vacant and previously occupied homes, creating content for social media, and collaborating on redesign projects. The job holder will need to work in collaboration with other staff to coordinate, plan, and execute both vacant and occupied staging projects, from estimation to installation. There will also be other duties as allocated by management.

Qualified candidates should have an eye for design and be organized and detail-oriented. Additionally, they must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs with ease. Being computer savvy is necessary, with experience in utilizing Google Docs, Excel, and Word. The role demands a valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and willingness to travel to job sites across Orange County. Multitasking and quick decision making also form a part of the role requirements. Above all, the candidate should be a creative problem solver, capable of managing staging projects and client circumstances effectively.

The role is a part time position offering a pay of $20.00 per hour. It comes with the benefit of having a flexible schedule. Work will predominantly be during day shifts from Monday to Friday. The work location will be in person.
