They are seeking a Midweight Interior Stylist and Home Stager to become a key part of their team, contributing to residential interior design projects and home staging. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, a great work ethic, and the ability to think creatively. Good communication and organizational abilities, the capacity to manage their time efficiently, and a strong attention to detail are all essential. A minimum of two years experience in interior design or styling is required.

This role isn’t just a desk-job, the successful candidate will need to be at various sites around the San Francisco area and occasionally other Bay Area counties. Their role would involve bringing the design vision to life at each project. They need to be punctual and ready to start the workday at 7:30 AM. The job will start in the middle of August. Remember, the work flow fluctuates throughout the year, sometimes it can get very busy, while at other times it may be slower.

The job includes working with the design team on various tasks such as selecting inventory for installations, ensuring accurate inventory management, and overseeing the loading and unloading process of items. They will also be responsible for staging and styling installations, maintaining inventory levels, managing keys to properties, and fostering strong relationships with agents, homeowners, and Building Management/HOA. They will also need to run errands and may need to attend proposal meetings and take site photos.

Applicants will need at least two years of experience in related industries like home staging or event production, have hands-on experience with interior installations and styling, and be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They should have interest in interior design history and trends, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Cloud-based file-sharing software. Being legally eligible to work in the U.S. is mandatory. They should have excellent English communication skills and a valid driving license.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, interact professionally with all levels of staff, and perform various physical installation tasks. They will need a great memory and the ability to differentiate between similar inventory items.

The starting salary ranges from $30-$35 per hour, with a review after three months. The role offers paid time off and local mandatory benefits.
