Signature Staging is in need of an organized Warehouse Manager to manage their inventory and lead their warehouse. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a physical, hands-on environment, has a talent for team coordination, and has the ability to adapt quickly to varying demands. Strong leadership and communication skills are crucial, as well as a willingness to physically help with moving furniture.
Key tasks involve team and workflow management. They’ll run daily team meetings where they’ll go over the schedules and priorities for the day and assign different jobs. They’ll oversee the warehouse crew and handle adjustments to job assignments or staffing in real time as necessary. Collaboration with the Director of Operations is an important part of this role, involving daily updates on various aspects of the operation.
Another major responsibility is managing inventory and keeping the warehouse organized. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for tracking all large items going in and out of the warehouse using RFID scanners. They’ll also have to maintain an orderly warehouse layout and inspects returned items for damages.
The role includes handling some administrative and communication tasks. This includes updating the Director of Operations daily on various matters. The Warehouse Manager would also be expected to provide end-of-day recaps to company leadership.
They will occasionally be required to go on site for staging jobs. During these site visits, they’ll have a hands-on role in managing the field team and coordinating the staging process. After the job, they should take a walkthrough to ensure everything is staged properly and take note of any return notes or damages.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, and experienced in warehouse operations, logistics, or staging. Physical work such as lifting furniture should not pose a problem. Familiarity with inventory software and RFID scanning and previous experience with inventory management are a welcome plus.
The job offers a competitive hourly rate, potential salary increase, and opportunity for paid time off. Work hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. There are paid sick times and considerable room for professional growth.
This is a full-time job and pay ranges from $26.00 to $28.00 per hour. Expected hours of work per week are 30 – 40.

Two years of experience in warehouse management, inventory management, and team management is preferred. The work location is in-person in San Diego, CA, and successful applicants are expected to relocate before starting work.
