A dynamic and rapidly growing home staging company located in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a skilled and passionate Home Staging Stylist for an immediate, full-time start. Please note, only candidates with professional experience in interior styling, staging, or visual merchandising will be entertained. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented visionary with a strong foundation in interior styling. They must thrive in a relentless, high-intensity setting and possess a keen sense of design and aesthetics. This person must be able to collaboratively work within a team, communicate efficiently, take responsibility, and bring positivity to all endeavors. The role requires physical aptitude for staging work and the ability to balance manual labor with superior customer service.

The Home Staging Stylist will undertake site visits, gathering measurements, and notes for the warehouse. The candidate will take an active role in ensuring that the inventory suits the space adequately and suggest modifications based on their assessments.

Selection of relevant styling inventory for each project from the warehouse is also part of the job. This includes choosing art, decor, lighting, pillows, linens, etc., and subsequently packing and labeling these items. The candidate will then work with a staging crew to install homes, ensuring the furniture is placed in designated locations while styling the home effectively.

Maintaining an updated online inventory system, documenting projects through notes and photographs using Notion, and running errands related to styling when required are also part of the role.

The candidate must have previous experience in home staging, interior styling, or visual merchandising. They should have a strong understanding of home styles, trends, and decorating themes. They should be based in Los Angeles and possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, insurance, and a clean driving record. The candidate must also be willing to drive to job sites and run errands, with mileage reimbursement provided.

A degree or coursework in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with Notion or similar project management tools will be beneficial.
