They are searching for a self-driven person to act as an assistant for Residential Color Scheme, Home Staging Consultations, and office duties. The preferred applicant should be highly organized, resourceful, reliable, punctual, and open to learning and taking instructions. The ideal candidate should possess a background in the art and design fields, or simply have a passion for color and home decoration. This person should possess excellent communication skills and have a keen eye for detail.
Core responsibilities of the role include assisting with color consultations for both the interiors and exteriors of homes, helping with home staging consultations, transporting color sample binders and home staging accessories (except heavy furniture), organizing color samples both in the office and remotely, performing general office duties, and assisting clients in understanding various color options.
Familiarity with social media is an advantage, particularly for videography and posting content, and shooting Instagram/Facebook reels and stories during consultations.
