The real estate staging company is looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Lead Stager with a strong sense of design. The individual will lead the staging of homes while working intensively with the team to ensure all properties present their best look.

The Lead Stager’s role will involve several key responsibilities. The individual has to schedule staging projects and assemble the necessary team members. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong affiliations with real estate agents, thus promoting business growth. The position includes prepping and sending invoices, handling client correspondence, and establishing staging strategies to highlight the appeal and marketability of vacant homes.

The Lead Stager will coordinate and arrange furniture and decor, crafting a cohesive and inviting look. They will guide teams during staging and de-staging phases, ensuring efficiency and timely completion of tasks. Operating the company’s sprinter van for staging item transport is also part of the role. Furthermore, they will take care of inventory management and organization in the storage unit, making sure of safe and efficient transport of items. Occasionally, they will decorate the office warehouse for special events.

Preferred qualifications for this role include previous experience in home staging or interior design, a strong design sense, and excellent leadership and organizational skills. The person should be capable of lifting and moving furniture and be a self-starter with a positive attitude. Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule are also required.
