The profession requires infusing life into homes to help sell them quicker and for the best price.

The Staging Division Manager will have full control over the staging operations. This includes managing in-house listings and catering to other real estate agents who require professional staging services. The candidate must have the ability to harmonize creative design, operational coordination, and relationship-building.

The job tasks include maintaining relationships with real estate agents to generate business for staging. They will also have to manage the staging for in-house listings from start to end. Picking out furniture and decor items suitable for each home from the in-house inventory is also part of their duties. Orchestrating scheduling with movers for furniture delivery and pickup, setting up each staged home with movers, and removing staging items once the home is sold are also part of the mentioned duties. The candidate must also manage the staging inventory and align staging timelines with marketing and sales goals.

The required qualifications for the position are – proven experience in home staging or interior design, an eye for detail and aesthetics, excellent organizational and time management skills. Also, strong communication skills are necessary for building relationships with agents and clients. Comfort in a fast-paced real estate environment and the physical ability for furniture placement are also requirements. The candidate must embrace growth and plan to stay with the business for a minimum of 5 years.
