They will need to participate actively in moving, installing, and maintaining staging inventory.

The responsibilities for this role will include overseeing daily operations of the warehouse using the company software, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and directing team members.
They will also be in charge of maintaining, servicing, and documenting the condition of equipment and moving trucks, as well as supporting company leadership. They will need to operate and maintain warehouse equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts. They will also need to assemble, clean, and maintain the staging inventory. They will need to utilize smartphones, iPads, and Google Workspace tools for communication and daily workflow.
Another responsibility involves safely loading, transporting, and installing furniture at residential properties. They will also assist staging designers and need to be adaptable to working in a variety of environments.
The qualifications for this role include having five or more years of experience in logistics or warehouse management, having strong leadership skills, being proficient in using basic software tools, holding a valid California driver’s license, and being at least 21 years old. Being physically fit is a requirement, along with flexibility as schedules and locations may vary weekly.
The compensation for this role starts at $23-$30/hr and can be for either a part-time or full-time role. The schedule is variable but typically runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a management role, enjoying professional growth and flexibility, along with performance-based pay increases.
The position is open for both full-time and part-time candidates, with pay ranging between $24.20 – $29.14 per hour for an expected 30 – 40 hours per week. The applicant will need a driver’s license. The work location is in person.
