Blissful Design Studio, a home staging and design company located in Chandler, AZ, is searching for a dedicated and dynamic staging assistant. They have a lively, tight-knit work environment and value teamwork and excellent communication.
They are seeking an individual who pays meticulous attention to detail and exudes enthusiasm. Not only will this person offer assistance in the staging process, but they will also contribute to social media content creation.
The staging assistant will lead and support tasks which include:
Working on 4-8 installations per week. This involves helping in furniture and accessories selection, tagging and packing these items, loading and unloading staging gear such as accessories and artwork, unpacking and sorting these items. They will work with the Home Stager and operations manager to execute stages, stage the home on the day of the staging, and clean up afterwards.
Additional responsibilities involve assisting in unstaging homes, organizing staging items in the studio and warehouse, creating content for social media, performing some administrative duties, driving to stages, meetings and consultations, helping in warehouse sales and pop-up shops.
They are looking for someone who has a love for design, a passion for styling and decor, and an excitement for staging. This person is a team player who is highly organized, self-motivated and disciplined. Importantly, they can work well independently and within a team and enjoys having fun at work.
Additionally, candidates need to be capable of driving (in possession of a valid Arizona driver’s license and insured vehicle) and experienced in using computer equipment, including Windows & Mac operating systems. They must also have physical strength and endurance for lifting up to 50lbs, standing for elongated periods, using a ladder, and performing other physical tasks.

The job offers full-time and part-time opportunities with an hourly rate of $18.00 – $22.00. Further benefits include paid time off. All work will be performed in person.
