The company is seeking a Lead Home Staging Designer for a full-time role based in Los Angeles, CA. This role entails working in person, both at properties and in the office.

The key responsibilities of this role include designing and staging properties to enhance their appeal. The designer will also be tasked with utilising existing inventory to create cohesive spaces. Another major component of the job involves sourcing and selecting inventory with a high visual impact.

The Lead Home Staging Designer will be expected to prepare mood boards for the team and clients to be used as visual references. They should have the ability to make timely design decisions in a fast-paced environment. Even while operating at speed, maintaining a high level of professionalism is crucial. It’s also important to balance client needs with design standards.

There are several critical requirements for this role. Previous experience in home staging or interior design is a must. The ideal candidate will display strong aesthetic and design skills.
