They are currently looking to hire a Full-Time Stager/Designer. The suitable candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated. This role not only involves design but also requires someone who can stage properties in the company’s signature brand style. The candidate will also represent the company in the community, build relationships, and strengthen the network.

The key responsibilities of the role include staging homes using company inventory to make spaces inviting and on-brand. The candidate will assist with placing furniture and accessories, styling, and layout decisions. Writing clear and professional design reports with room-by-room recommendations will also form part of the role.

Conducting property walk-throughs and taking accurate inventory notes will be required. The candidate will handle light logistic tasks such as putting lockboxes on properties. They will have to collaborate with the design team and real estate agents to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Another important aspect of the role is maintaining and organizing staging inventory at the warehouse and on-site. The candidate is expected to serve as a brand ambassador through networking, relationship-building, and community engagement. The role also involves supporting administrative and operational tasks to assist the broader team outside of staging as needed.

The qualifications for the role include previous experience in home staging, interior design, or a related field preferred. A strong sense of design, color, and spatial planning is heavily desired. The candidate should have excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally.

The candidate should be comfortable with administrative work, scheduling, coordination, and documentation. The ability to lift and move furniture and decor items is essential. The candidate should be highly organized, reliable, and able to manage time effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must and the ability to work independently in client homes is required. The candidate should have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

This is a full-time position offering approximately 35–40 hours per week. Considering the project load and event schedules, flexibility in timing might be required.

The compensation package includes a competitive salary based on experience and there are opportunities for growth within the company. The salary range is $47,735.83 to $57,488.31 per year.
