BlueGrape Inc is looking for an Operations Manager. They need someone who can effortlessly manage multiple tasks, is organized, efficient, and a prompt communicator with both external and internal stakeholders. This role will involve managing customer relations and office operations. Duties will include managing and maintaining the CRM, Quickbooks, and contracts over docusign, managing after-sales operations, following and improving SOPs, and managing customer calls and interactions. This role will also require its holder to serve as the front face of the office and to work with an internal team to maintain a smooth flow of operations. This will extend to office and warehouse management, including the supervision of the crew to maintain a clean warehouse.
Logistical coordination will also make up a significant part of the role. This involves scheduling a moving logistics crew to ensure seamless stages and de-stages, communicating with and scheduling the logistics team’s work calendar, and delegating and tracking key warehouse tasks.
Applicants need 4-10 years of experience in relevant areas. Knowledge and experience in real estate support, operations, and design are preferred. Working knowledge of Google calendar, Google Drive, Docs and a CRM is also preferred. Experience in managing customer interactions over phone, email, in person will be helpful. Knowledge of Quickbooks Online and/or Docusign is preferred. It is important to be skilled at the internet, apps and be ready to learn newer ways of working. Availability on phone or email till evening, or on weekends may be required sometimes due to industry dynamics. Proficiency in Microsoft office – word, Excel, PowerPoint is required.
