Their operation entails several home stagings every week which require a constant movement of items. They are on the lookout for a systematized, articulate, easygoing individual with a design-oriented mind who can adapt quickly. The chosen candidate will be entrusted with the task of tracking the increasing inventory and assisting the designers in selecting, packing, and unpacking for staging installations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for varying designs, and a background or interest in interiors, art or decoration is much appreciated. The prospective job responsibilities involve overseeing the staging process from inception to completion while ensuring that all deadlines are met. This includes conducting face-to-face and virtual consultations with clients to assess their staging requirements, formulating staging proposals and price estimates for the clients, and negotiating pricing and terms. The Home Stylist will also work closely with the warehouse team for selecting and installing staging furniture and decor. Attendance in weekly sales meetings and monthly networking events will be expected. Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets is also part of the job.
