The chosen candidate will prep properties to be market-ready, visually appealing spaces that pique the interest of buyers and enhance property value. Tasks to be done include on-site property walk-throughs to evaluate layout, measuring up spaces, and capturing photos and videos.

Additionally, working in close collaboration with clients and real estate professionals is important. Every staging project from concept to completion is planned by the Home Stager. The job entails picking suitable furniture, decor, and accessories, working out logistics, and ensuring that all design elements match the property’s target market and listing objectives.

The chosen individual will work with the team to select decor, furniture, and accessories that match specific projects. Walking properties to appraise space, flow, and staging needs will be a regular part of the routine. Accurate measurements, photos, and videos necessary for planning will be captured by the Home Stager.

Maintaining open lines of communication with clients, realtors, developers, and team members about project scope, timelines, and expectations is crucial. The staging plans designed by the candidate will be tailored to each property and target buyer. Overseeing setup, styling, and giving the final touch to staged homes will be part of the requirements.

Ensuring staged spaces are clean, cohesive, and market-ready falls under the chosen candidate’s roles. Moreover, managing inventory while predicting future project needs to guarantee proper allocation across all properties is part of the job. Overseeing the organization and maintenance of warehouse inventory is also required.
