The team is in search of a talented Home Staging Designer with a minimum of one year’s experience in home staging. The successful candidate will have a keen attention to detail and excellent project management and communication skills. Please note that applications from individuals without home staging experience will not be entertained.

The responsibilities for this position are broad and varied. They include crafting comprehensive home staging concepts that align with the client’s goals and current market trends. The job holder will be required to choose color schemes, lighting solutions, furniture, and decor elements according to the specific property requirements. They will also be tasked with the maintenance of inventory lists in StageForce, assisting with inventory loading and unloading, and onsite installation of inventory and accessorizing.

Additionally, the individual will be managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Supervision of the installation process forms part of this role, ensuring that staged elements meet the set quality standards and client expectations. The role also entails conducting site visits for assessment, measurements, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements for this role include proven experience in home staging and a portfolio of completed projects. Strong project management skills will be essential, coupled with the ability to handle multiple projects from inception to completion. Excellent communication skills are also a necessity. The individual will need a keen eye for aesthetics combined with practical knowledge of space planning and storytelling. Knowing Spanish is an additional benefit.
