They focus on vacant and occupied staging for various types of properties, including short and mid-term rentals, and investor properties. The company is in search of an experienced home stager to take on a lead role. The right candidate will have a passion for home styling, accommodating the need to show off a property’s most desirable features. The role is not catered towards interior design, but is a distinct service within the realm of real estate marketing. The candidate must be equipped with creativity, stamina, an eye for detail, and team leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities that come with the role range from selection of furnishings and decor from warehouse inventory to management of the team while on-site. Other tasks include packing items for transport, arranging accessories and furniture to enhance the property, troubleshooting challenges, managing inventory, and maintaining the cleanliness of the site and warehouse. The individual must communicate effectively with team members and the business owner.

Necessary qualifications include at least two years of home staging experience, proven leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently. A portfolio demonstrating past work is strongly encouraged. Ideal candidates should be physically strong, have reliable transport means, self-motivated, professional, and exhibit a team-oriented mentality.
