The company is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven Home Stager with a keen sense of design to join their expanding team. Ideal candidates should have a good understanding of home staging, aesthetic interiors, and client relationship management in a quick-paced, result-oriented work atmosphere. In the role of a Home Stager, they will represent the company’s brand to realtors, homeowners, and developers. They have the responsibility to communicate the benefits of professional staging and to oversee staging projects throughout Los Angeles, starting from consultation to installation. This role has a direct interface with clients and revolves around clear revenue goals and potential for growth.
Their responsibilities will consist of executing in-person and online consultations for assessing staging needs and property objectives. They shall educate realtors and homeowners about the value and return on investment of home staging. Other duties involve preparing and presenting staging proposals, quotations, and packages, which will include pricing discussions and negotiations in the process. They are expected to build and sustain strong relationships with clients and agents to drive repeated businesses. Their role will entail collaborating with the warehouse and operations team for furniture, decor, and accessory selection. The Home Stager should also oversee staging installations and removals, ensuring the timelines, quality, and presentation standards are met. Their schedule includes weekly sales meetings and monthly evening networking events.
Qualified candidates should have a background in home staging, interior design, real estate, or a related field. Preference will be given to those with a strong sales mentality, mastery in presentation, negotiation, and closing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, and they should be well-organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing their own schedules. Knowledge of furniture products and interior design trends will be a plus point for candidates.
The compensation package offers a base salary in addition to a performance-based commission. Uncapped Commission is directly linked with the completion of staging projects and revenue generated from them. The company provides access to broker and agent contact lists. The annual pay range is from $48,000.00 to $66,000.00.
Moreover, benefits include paid time off. The preferred experience includes two years in B2B sales and home staging.
