The role also covers safely packing all accessories and furniture to be taken back to the warehouse, repairs touch-ups, cleaning and reporting any damaged items. The Assistant Stager may also need to run miscellaneous errands like key pick-ups, check collection, shopping for accessories/art, and small furnishings or returning items to the warehouse/staged properties.

Part of the role is maintaining the company’s social media presence by capturing and sharing images and videos of various staging projects. A knack for crafting engaging Instagram posts and reels is advantageous. The successful applicant will also assist in managing inventory and keeping accurate records.

The candidate must be comfortable with prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a sharp eye for detail. Having a profound passion for interior spaces and staying updated on furniture and interior design trends is required. The candidate should be a team player, with a positive attitude.

Physical capability is crucial, as is the ability to comfortably lift 50 lbs minimum. The candidate must be willing to drive 45-90 miles around the Bay Area, have flexible working hours and an understanding that the weekly schedule will not be set. Experience with social media platforms, specifically Instagram is a necessity.

Strong knowledge of inventory management is favorable. Proficiency in using Stageforce and Notion is hugely advantageous.

This position is particularly busy in the early Spring through Fall. Availability during these peak months is necessary and the candidate should be dependable and have a good attendance record.

Applications are invited from passionate interior design enthusiasts who are detail-oriented and desire to be part of a growing team.
