Pragmatic Staging is a private, Chantilly-based company offering top-tier services in the residential and multifamily property development sector. They specialize in high-end designs in locations throughout the broader Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Currently, the team is looking for creative, detail-oriented Home Stagers to enhance the visual appeal of residential properties to engage potential buyers. The ideal candidate will be analytically minded and possess excellent organizational skills. Their mission will be to ensure all projects are completed timely and meet the exact requirements.

In this role, you would work closely with the head stager to ascertain the client’s needs and preferences. Duties include selecting and arranging furniture, artwork, and decor to stage homes effectively and creating an inviting ambiance to emphasize the property’s best features.

Additional tasks include maintaining the organization of their warehouse, coordinating with the rest of the warehouse team, and tracking install details at the conclusion of each project, during which a daily report would be drafted.

Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 2 years of staging experience, strong sales skills to effectively communicate staging concepts to clients, and proper knowledge of color theory to create harmonious living spaces. Prior experience with budgeting for managing staging projects cost-effectively is also expected. A background in either building or remodeling will give you an edge. Additionally, the ability to work creatively and efficiently under pressure will be highly beneficial.

If you are a full-time or intern candidate, the pay range will be between $19.09 and $25.00 per hour along with benefits such as 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.

This position is located in Chantilly, VA. Candidates will need to commute to this location and those relocating will need to do so before starting work. This is an in-person work position.
