The hiring team at a boutique home staging company, run by an all-female group, is searching for a part-time Home Staging Assistant. The ideal person for this position is energetic, reliable, and eager to thoroughly understand the staging industry from the ground up.
This role is part-time, requiring the assistant to work three days a week. On the job, the workday typically begins at 7:45 am and ends around 5:00 pm. However, these work times can shift. The workdays are dynamic and need someone who’s comfortable with fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities for this role include helping with home staging installations and removals, managing weights of up to 25 lbs of furniture and decor, and proficient multitasking. Aside from this, the person should be comfortable working in a changeable environment where priorities can suddenly shift, taking on problem-solving duties throughout the day, and closely teaming up with a small, supportive group.
They demand their assistant to be comfortable standing for most of the day, having solid multitasking and time-management skills, being adaptable, having dependable transportation and punctuality, and exhibiting good work ethics and a positive attitude.
