The team is seeking a vibrant, meticulous Real Estate Stager to join the ranks. They’re committed to converting vacant properties into desirable homes that command impressive prices and move quickly in the market.
A stager’s job extends beyond mere decoration; it involves the strategic marketing of a property. The incumbent will execute the design vision, oversee the logistics of furniture installation, and guarantee that every home complies with the stringent brand requirements before photography takes place.
Core duties will include design execution, which will require assisting in the selection of furniture, artwork, and accessories to match specific architectural styles. Post furniture selection, the stager will pack accessory bins carefully, ensuring all selected décor, linens, and styling elements are neatly organized for transport.
The stager will also be tasked with leading on-site installations, ensuring furniture setup, bed making, art hanging and final touchups are done as required. They will be responsible for orchestrating logistics with moving teams to ensure accurate and safe furniture placement.
In terms of customer relations, they must maintain professionalism while interacting with homeowners and top-tier real estate agents on-site.
The team is looking for candidates who possess a strong aesthetic sense, demonstrable through a portfolio or a proven flair for interior styling, spatial awareness, and color theory. Leadership ability and receptivity to creative feedback is crucial, as is the capacity to make swift, independent decisions as required by the design plan.
The role will be physically intensive, requiring the incumbent to lift up to 40 pounds, stay on their feet all day, and manage the high-paced nature of installs. Reliability and adherence to strict real estate deadlines are non-negotiable expectations.
Preferred work experience includes interior design, home staging, or high-end retail visual merchandising. The candidate must also own a valid driver’s license and possess reliable transportation for travel to various job sites across the Valley.
Why consider this role? Because it offers the opportunity to work on an array of architectural styles, from sleek modern condos to luxurious estates, in a highly dynamic and creative setting where one’s work makes an immediate visual impact.
