HG Interiors is on the hunt for an energetic, hands-on Staging Design Assistant. This person will work alongside the Lead Designer and Design Manager on home staging projects. The role requires someone with a keen eye for design, excellent organization skills, and a genuine eagerness for interiors and home staging.

Their duties will include supporting the Lead Designer and Design Manager from the beginning to the end of a project. They will organize and prepare accessories like pillows, bedding, artwork, and decor. They will also select and arrange rugs per the design plan.

Moreover, their job will involve adorning homes with decor, lamps, and artwork in line with the designer’s vision. They will make beds and arrange bedrooms in line with professional staging standards. They will also assist the moving team in placing furniture and accessories in the correct locations.

They are also responsible for maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse. This includes returning and organizing accessories, linens, pillows, and decor after installation and de-stage.

Experience in home staging or interior design is desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for color, balance, and styling. They should be able to follow design direction and work efficiently and independently. They are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and has an eye for detail. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be open to physical, hands-on work.

The role is part-time, with a pay range of $24.32 – $29.29 per hour. Expected hours are anywhere from 10 to 30 weekly. The benefits include a 401(k) plan and 401(k) matching. The job is set to be carried out in person.
