Ascend Staging is a highly professional home staging company that serves the Greater Denver real estate market. They specialize in assisting homeowners and real estate agents in selling properties rapidly and at a higher price-point through design-forward staging. Previously known as Elevated Staging, Ascend is driven to expand within the Denver market, backed by an established business base.

Ascend is on a hunt for an experienced, relation-focused Sales Representative who is well-acquainted with the local real estate community and keen to utilize their network. This presents a ground-floor prospect with genuine earning capability for someone possessing a strong network and is prepared to use that network to ink partnerships and deals. The individual will receive remuneration on an hourly plus commission basis, providing unlimited potential.

The selected candidate will be expected to actively prospect and leverage existing relationships with real estate agents. They will have actual control over their results and will present staging as an essential service. Explaining the benefits is straightforward as staged homes enjoy quicker sales and higher prices. The role will involve reaching out to brokerages and real estate agents to organize pitches, attend brokerage meetings, and search for new opportunities. The representative will also evaluate potential properties and provide initial staging consultations. Other tasks include creating and sending quotations to agents and homeowners, and coordinating and communicating logistics with the Ascend operations team.

Ascend assists by conducting continual marketing and promotional campaigns. They provide CRM tooling and simple invoicing, allowing the focus to remain on building relationships and making sales. Employment at Ascend encompasses part-time, contractual work, with an hourly pay starting at $20.00. The expected commitment is between 10 – 20 hours per week with added perks like a flexible schedule, reimbursement for mileage, and the privilege of working from home.
