Responsibilities for the job include careful loading and unloading of furniture, using a 26-foot box truck to transport items to various locations, organizing furniture as directed by staging designers, and ensuring that all items are handled with care to avoid damage.
To qualify, previous experience in moving or labor is preferred. The job requires the ability to lift heavy objects, estimated at up to 75 lbs. Familiarity with a 26-foot box truck and having reliable transportation are important. The candidate should possess a driver’s license and have a clean driving record. Strong organizational and time-management skills are needed. Excellent communication and the ability to work as part of a team will be expected.
