A home staging company in the Bay Area is looking to hire a Staging Manager to lead their team and staging projects. They are looking for an individual who is a creative designer and is excellent in operations.

The chosen Senior Staging Manager should possess an ability to oversee the staging strategy, lead installation teams, ensure each property meets high design standards, and coordinate with real estate professionals.

An ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in home staging and/or interior design or luxury property styling. They should be detail-oriented and possess a strong understanding of modern and luxury design aesthetics. They should also have experience in managing teams and staging operations, with a proven ability to lead projects efficiently.

This person should be willing to learn and work well with a team, be proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized. Being able to lift up to 30 lbs and possessing a valid driver’s license is also important.
