The job title is Staging & Design Mover/ Installer. The main job role involves the individual being in charge of moving, loading, unloading, and setting up furniture during client deliveries and pick-ups. The job requires packing and unpacking items in an efficient and organized manner for the staging process. Inventory protocol is important and a tracking system will be used.
Key tasks for this role include transporting furniture and decor, loading and unloading these items, setting up the furniture and decor, and organizing the warehouse. Other duties include hanging artwork, performing light cleaning and touching up furniture and decor, and potentially driving Renew vehicles.
To succeed in this role, the right candidate will need excellent communication skills. They will also need to be detail-oriented, self-motivated and resourceful. The ability to work well with others is key, as is the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Having knowledge of pulling a trailer is beneficial and preferred. Reliable transportation to work is required.
Working hours are somewhat flexible. However, days typically start at around 8:00 and end between 5:30 and 6:00. Both full-time (32+ hour) and part-time (20+ hour) positions are available.
The pay range for this position depends on experience and abilities. The starting pay range is $16 to $19 per hour. The possible job types for this position are full-time and part-time, and all work is to be performed in person. The pay for this job will range from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour.
