The company’s designs are heavily curated to appeal to a wide range of potential buyers with the most current design trends in mind. They have professional expertise in staging and design, working with developers, real estate professionals, and singular clients to change properties into desirable homes.

The company is on the lookout for an experienced designer or home stager with extensive experience in installations and preferably with a minimum of 2 years in the staging or interior design field. The ideal candidate would be very organized and detail-oriented, armed with the drive to go beyond what is required to get the job done.

The role calls for a candidate who is a self-starter, highly motivated, with a detail-oriented mindset. Exceptional visual, written, and oral communication skills are a must, along with experience in design installations. Also essential is the display of proficient knowledge in all aspects of the design process, from schematic/concept design and coordinating with project teams and clients, to meeting deadlines, reviewing documents, and writing proposals. A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field is needed.

Responsibilities include attending client meetings and developing creative designs based on outlined requirements in the staging proposal. Specific tasks could range from determining appropriate furniture styles for the property that meets the clients’ needs, to selecting furniture and preparing the items for installation with the help of other team members. Other tasks include selecting accessories, linens, props, artwork, pillows, lamps before leading the design installation.

The ideal candidate must be able to operate with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and be capable of working on a project from inception to completion. Being able to faithfully work in a team environment is crucial, along with excellent customer service skills. The candidate should also be able to multitask, remain highly organized, be proactive, and be able to handle work independently.
