The pay ranges from $23 to $26 per hour. The driver’s responsibility includes safely hauling staging furniture and décor to and from project sites. They will need to load, unload, and position furniture and accessories with team members in the client’s homes.
They must follow staging plans and work orders to precisely execute room setups. They are required to safeguard furniture, décor and client property during transport and installation. They have to ensure inventory is orderly in the truck, and the warehouse. Additional tasks include light furniture assembly, hanging artwork, and final project setup.
The driver must maintain a professional and courteous demeanour in client homes. They are to be located in the Brentwood/St. Louis area and reliably commute to their warehouse in Brentwood, MO. The candidate should have dependable means to get to work each day. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is obligatory.
The driver should have prior box truck driving experience (CDL is a bonus but not mandatory). They should be comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. The company requires a punctual and committed individual who is flexible with hours as staging schedules require.
Strong communication skills and a professional, respectful demeanour in client homes is required. The individual should work well in a team, follow staging instructions, and work orders. Although a high school diploma or GED is preferred, it is not mandatory.
