Brilliant Staging & Design, a full-service staging and design company in Everett, WA, is looking for Home Staging Assistants. They cover all of Snohomish County and North King County including the Eastside. Their areas of expertise include Home Staging, Interior Design, and Event Staging. As a Home Staging Assistant at Brilliant Staging, you will be responsible for various tasks. These include commuting in your personal vehicle primarily within King and Snohomish Counties, staging estimates, and assisting stagers on the day of staging. You will handle tasks such as packing and unpacking décor, steaming bedding, placing and hanging art, and maintaining inventory control. Other duties consist of organization of warehouse and small inventory, exhibiting excellent attention to detail, and demonstrating a willingness to learn. Good customer service skills and a positive attitude are expected from you.

Certain requirements need to be met to be eligible for this position. These include a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, positive attitude, and willingness to meet at the South Everett warehouse daily. You should have stage or design experience and an understanding of current home/furniture trends. You must be comfortable with lifting/moving weights up to 10 or 20 pounds as needed. For work hours, you need to be available Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm along with the ability to work flexible hours. It is also mandatory that you pass a drug/alcohol and background screening.

The working hours can range from 20 to 40 per week. There are some benefits offered like mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling. The job is full-time with an hourly pay between $18.00 – $20.00. Other benefits can include an employee discount, and professional development assistance.
