The Home Staging Warehouse Organizer is an essential role tasked with overseeing the company’s inventory and warehouse, as well as coordinating the routine maintenance of company equipment and fleet. This role may also require the individual to assist with furniture moving and home staging functions as needed, although no previous home staging experience is necessary. The role will also entail driving to various locations for inventory pickups.

Part of the duties include furniture repair, which involves performing maintenance on home staging furniture and equipment, helping to assemble furniture, and cleaning furniture to remove any spots and dirt.

They will also act as the furniture and warehouse organizer, a job that require from them to receive incoming furniture and place it in the warehouse, fulfill furniture orders, and ensure all inventory is picked, packed, and ready for shipment in a timely manner.

Furthermore, they will work as both a furniture mover and a backup home stager. This means they will be responsible for moving furniture into houses being staged, decorating houses with the staging teams as needed, and driving the company’s cargo vans to different locations.

The position needs to be filled within two weeks of accepting the offer and is a full-time hourly position. The pay is an hourly rate of $17, with a work schedule from 8 am EST to 3 pm. The role also has a 90-day probationary period.

Certain conditions apply to this role. The individual must be able to lift furniture weighing over 50lbs and must have a valid driver’s license, as they will require to drive a 14ft cargo van.
