Renewed Home Staging & Design is an expanding staging and design firm that services real estate agents, homeowners, and developers in the Middle Tennessee region. They are seeking an organized and imaginative individual who is determined, takes initiative, and is keen to lend a hand in staging projects and routine business operations.

The potential hire will be immersed in both staging support and executive/administrative assistance. The person will help to ensure installs run in order while also providing organizational and coordination support for the business behind the scenes. Those with a knack for design, a well-organized approach, and who enjoy supporting a team in a vibrant environment could find this role a suitable fit. The company offers flexible schedules, paid holidays, and access to an office snack bar complete with an espresso machine, but above all – a close-knit team culture.

The company seeks someone with an interest or experience in interior design, home staging, event planning, or administrative support. The role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with robust time management skills. The suitable candidate will be able to manage numerous projects or priorities simultaneously. They should have excellent communication and customer service skills for engaging with clients and team members. The person should be comfortable handling décor and light furniture movement during staging installs and possess reliable transportation, and be willing to travel to properties within Nashville and surrounding areas. The role requires the use of a personal vehicle for transportation, preferably an SUV, and proficiency in Canva and Google systems.

The candidate will also need to be comfortable learning new systems and tools for business organization, should be able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment, and display a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed. Experience in project coordination, scheduling, or administrative support, or knowledge of CAD or design rendering software would be a bonus. The job will require potential candidates to be available Monday to Friday, 8-5 pm, with flexible hours during this range.

The tasks for the role are to offer assistance with staging installs, help with staging plans and assembling lists for upcoming jobs, support scheduling, calendars, and coordinating appointments, assist in creating and organizing purchase orders and project documents, facilitate client communication, invoicing, and follow-ups, assist in organizing internal systems and project files, support research, sourcing, and design selections when required, and be available for design returns, property check-ins, and performing CEO errands.

The pay range is from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, and the role comes with the benefit of a flexible schedule. Some questions for potential applicants include comfortability with physical labor as part of daily responsibilities, and availability for weekday installs that may begin at 8:00 AM and occasionally require traveling to homes around the Nashville area. The role involves both hands-on staging installs and administrative work, and it’s crucial to ascertain whether the applicant is comfortable performing both physical and administrative tasks. Finally, the company is interested in knowing if the potential candidate has taken a DISC personality assessment, and if so, the results. English fluency and ability to commute to Nashville are essential. The work location is in person.
