A professional home staging company is looking to expand its current team of 12 home staging movers, or ‘StagEngineers’. This team doesn’t move large, heavy furniture such as beds and refrigerators; instead, they transform homes for sale across southern California. These transformations involve dressing homes with inventory hand-selected by the company’s Designers. The ideal candidate will live near the company’s warehouse in Murrieta, California as the workday begins and ends there.
Candidates should be in good to excellent physical condition, as the role is non-stop and fast-paced. Being self-motivated, a problem solver, and a forward thinker is integral to this role. Workers must be able to carry their weight and work well with other team members. A clean DMV record is essential, as the role may involve driving one of the company’s 26′ box trucks to and from the staging job. The company operates across all five southern California counties; because of this, workdays can start early and sometimes be longer than others, leading to overtime hours and pay.
After 90 days in the position, the candidate would be eligible for medical and a 401K.
They’re introducing ZayZoon, which allows on-demand access to 50% of daily pay. As a family-owned company, you’ll learn interior design and furniture placement, see different properties up to 80 miles from the Warehouse, and have access to perks such as 401k, Education Contribution, Paid Holidays, Sick Days, Bonuses and consistent raises. Both Full time and Part time positions are available.

In terms of education and experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent is required, as well as a clean Driver’s License (no record of DUI). Experience in a warehouse, moving, assembling furniture, driving box trucks and operating a stand-up forklift is preferable, but not essential. More than anything, they’re looking for a strong work ethic and a chill, positive attitude.
Physically, candidates should expect prolonged periods of sitting and driving and be able to lift 50-100 lbs at times.
The job type is full-time, with a pay rate of $19.00 – $27.00 per hour. Benefits include a 401(k), a flexible schedule, health insurance and paid time off. The work location is in-person at the Murrieta, California warehouse.
