The largest luxury real estate home staging, design and marketing firm in Las Vegas, known for their award-winning staging and interior marketing services is currently seeking a motivated and creative Staging Project Assistant. The role offers a dynamic opportunity to assist their staging and design team in preparing homes for sale, providing a chance to gain hands-on experience in the home staging and interior design industry. The assistant will work closely with designers, contribute to staging installations, and help in developing the overall aesthetics of projects.
Their responsibilities encompass a variety of tasks. The individual must maintain a professional, polished and contemporary appearance. They will be involved in the staging and de-staging of homes, including the arrangement of furniture, decorations, and styling. They are to assist in the organization and maintenance of the company’s warehouse inventory, which includes furniture, accessories and decor.
The assistant’s role extends to supporting the team in sourcing, selecting, and preparing staging materials. They will participate in client consultations and on-site visits, prepare and transport furniture and décor items, and contribute to social media content creation, specifically capturing before-and-after staging photos. They will also carry out other assigned administrative and hands-on duties.
Qualifications and skills ideally sought for this role encompass a passion for home staging and design, and hands-on experience or recent educational experience in the home staging and interior design industry. The assistant will have a strong attention to detail, an eye for design and aesthetics, and the physical ability to lift and move furniture and décor items. The reliable transportation to job sites, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and an outgoing, professional demeanor are also prerequisites. They should be self-motivated, enthusiastic to learn, proactive, meticulous, creatively adaptable, and should possess a valid driver’s license.
The payment schedule depends on related experience & the position. Work hours range from Monday to Friday, Day Shift, with minimum availability required from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. No weekend work is required, with a standard work week ranging from 32 – 40 hours. The office is situated in Southwest Las Vegas.
