They are on the lookout for a dependable and diligent Stager who can handle various tasks such as packing, unpacking, loading, unloading, and on-site staging. This role is very hands-on and demands physical strength, an eye for detail, and an upbeat attitude.

A key part of the job involves packing and unpacking staging inventory which includes furniture, decor, artwork, and accessories. The Stager will be responsible for loading and unloading furniture from trucks in an effective and safe manner. Other duties also include furniture positioning and styling on-site, maintaining an organized inventory and warehouse, and adhering to staging plans guided by the lead stager. The Stager will also perform other tasks on-site as assigned, and must ensure that homes are kept clean and ready for presentation.

Ideally, the candidate should be able to lift and move furniture (over 100 lbs), show a strong work ethic and punctuality, hold a positive attitude, and work efficiently in a team. A flexible schedule, willingness to work at different locations, and reliable transportation are required. Prior experience in staging, moving, warehousing, or home services would give the candidate an edge, but is not mandatory.

The perfect candidate would be someone reliable, meticulous, professional, and takes pride in their work. This role would appeal to individuals who enjoy physical work, are creative, and enjoy being a part of home transformations.

In terms of compensation, they offer an hourly pay which is based on experience. The job is full-time with payment starting from $16.00 per hour. The expected workload is approximately 40 hours per week. Please note that the job requires in-person work.
